Chocolate Chip Cookies

115g dairy-free baking margarine
55g caster sugar
140g self-raising flour
115g dairy-free plain chocolate chips
2 tablespoons soya milk

Mix together the margarine and sugar. Add portions of the flour alternately with some of the chocolate chips. Add the soya milk if the mixture is too dry, but be careful to not make it too sticky.

Grease a baking tray. Make small flattened circles of dough in your (clean) hands and lay them out on the tray, remember they will increase in size a little when they cook. Cook for about 15 minutes at 180°C, until they are turning golden brown. Allow them to cool a little before you take them off the tray.
