Roast Potatoes
A good accompaniment to a roast
potatoes
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
paprika
Peel the potatoes and chop into large chunks, all roughly the same size. Place in a pan of boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer for five minutes. Drain the potatoes and put them back in the empty pan. Add enough oil to coat the potatoes, and a little salt, pepper and paprika. Put the lid on the pan and shake it to roughen the edges of the potatoes. Place them on an oiled baking tray and roast at 190°C for about 45 minutes.
